great customer service

The customer service team are friendly and have always been willing to answer any questions I have had. I needs to make a claim for my pet and they were happy to talk ne through it when my vet wouldn't process a direct claim, despite ManyPets having a vet portal. They were lovely when I had follow up questions about the time it would take to be reimbursed and my renewal price only increased slightly (£2 a month) even though I had claimed.
