We insured both our pets with Bought by many. I’m so glad we chose them. Our youngest dog has been troubled with skin issues for years and required many vet and vet specialised appointments. Bought by many have been fantastic! All we have to do is fill in the online claim form and they do the rest. We have never had to wait long for our claim to be processed. It’s made the worrisome vet visits all we need to worry about. Fantastic insurance company. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Reassuring pet insurance.

Our dog tore his collateral ligament during lock down and required a TPLO operation at a cost of £2200 just for the op. This is obviously a very worrying operation especially at a time of such uncertainty. Bought by Many were amazing. They were lovely on the phone and quickly dealt with our claim. Comprehensive and great value

I have had to claim on this insurance a few times and they have paid out each occasion without fuss. The cover is comprehensive, the limits generous and the process easy and the turn around for repayment quick. The premium is much less than the "big name insurer" and excesses are lower (young cats zero excess, older ones have a percentage etc) Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We changed recently after our previous insurance company had put our insurance up by £50. We have never claimed I was appalled. I decided to try Bought by Many after hearing good reviews. We couldn’t believe our quote so much cheaper and more to offer. I now feel safe that our dogs are safe if god forbid anything ever happened to them. The young man I spoke to when I started my insurance was very knowledgable and was very pleasant on the phone. I’ve recommended my friends with pets to give them a go. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Although I have never had to make a claim on my pet insurance, I have a very positive experience with BBM. They are always responsive whenever I have had a query & I like that I am kept informed of any changes to my policy, as well as when my Direct Debit is due to be taken. I am part of multiple dog owners Facebook groups & everyone who uses BBM pet insurance has nothing but praise for them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
