Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Why I chose Manypets

I have had Manypets insurance for my cat for 4 years, haven't had to make a claim so far. Manypets was recommended by a friend whose cat was seriously injured-vets bills over £8000. Informative and great on price for what you get

Always get emails to update me on policy’s, also every month I get an email to say when they’re taking payment and how much. There’s an online vet you can speak to instead of running to your vet which saves money and is very reassuring! Overall defiantly worth the money, we checked what we can get insured for and we was more than happy with how easy and non complicated it was to understand. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

A great choice for full coverage peace of mind

Many Pets have been a fantastic pet insurance company - every claim I have had has been handled professionally and speedily. When it comes time to renew, the customer service has been flawless.
