Quite a smooth remortgage journey

The consultant that I dealt with initially was helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with and kept me update during the initial application. After my offer was accepted I had another person who kept me updated on the ongoing application. They struggled somewhat as the remortgage department of the lender appeared to be under pressure. That said the remortgage was completed in around 3 months including the Christmas break. So all in all a good experience even though the process took longer than I initially thought.
