Nearly lost the house purchase!

When I used Mojo they had a staff change with no handover and my case was completely forgotten about. When I called to chase it up I was greeted with a negative reception, it felt like I was a problem just for asking why my case was not being progressed. I would not recommend as I nearly lost the purchase of the house. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Done exactly what they advertised, found us a mortgage

March 2020 is memorable for most of us, not for the right reasons though generally. However, we had already committed to an extensive modernisation and expansion of our house and we decided to get the re-mortgage sorted before the markets seized up and the prices went through the roof. So, in the early stages of the first national lockdown Mojo just got on with sorting a decent deal for us. Very little required from us other than paperwork and honesty and within 3 weeks the deal was done and money was in the bank. I then spent 3 months on furlough using the money to improve the house. Will be in touch in 2022 to look at our options again. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Mortgage simplicity

I used Mojo mortgages 2 years ago. From the start of the application to the final stages, it was plain sailing. I didn’t worry once during the whole process. It was straight forward and easy to follow. There was always an advisor available if needed. I will definitely be using them again in 3 years time when I’m ready to renew my mortgage.
