Eventually after a few weeks like others have said, you just get ignored. I ended up sneakily having to contact the building society direct. There’s a reason mojo won’t retain this award and have resorted to an email heavy marketing campaign to bribe us with the chance of £1000 to vote for them... Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
