It takes around eight minutes for Mojo to find you the most suitable deals. You can book a call anytime including evenings and weekends. They don’t charge fees but do receive a commission from mortgage lenders or providers for successfully completed applications advised by Mojo.

Service slows once you are transferred away from initial contact

All goes well until you are transferred from the initial point of contact (Chris in my case) to the line staff. Despite a number of emails, Chris didn't intervene when we had a problem. The mortgage came through eventually but too late for us to purchase the house we took out the remortgage to buy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

I used a regular comparison website and gave Mojo a try, their customer service agent was excellent. Not pushy and clear and to the point. A quick call to talk about what I needed. The switch for a couple rental properties was conducted entirely by email, which was super easy and convenient. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Found Mojo online after not being helped by my local Bank who I've had an account with for nearly 40 years and a Mortgage with them for about ten years.
