Great first engagement, poor in following the customer

I was contacted by Moyo for renewing my Mortgadge. The first communication and the organization of required first activities was great. The problem was on the advancements. Basically the market changed and I had better offers from other providers. I asked for updates Moyo side but nothing, the answer was "you still have the best offer on the market", in the meanwhile I had an offer 0.4% lower from the one provided by Moyo. Decent service but caused numerous issues

Various issues that I noticed when remortgaging... they managed to get 26 product transfer fees on my mortgage account, 5 were not refunded and I had to complain. Also they got the start date of my contract wrong several times, so again had to complain. Actual customer reps were helpful, but seemed careless. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

More helpful than my previous broker

I had a ‘lifetime’ broker prior to using Mojo mortgages and can say I’m far happier and glad that I chose Mojo for my latest mortgage, even they were able to inform me of rate changes to get a better rate. Highly recommend Mojo and will continue to use in the future. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

I used Mojo mortgage for my house purchasing. The lady was so helpful and knowlegeable. She helped to find the product which is suitable for my families. Also when I was in the buying process, the seller suddenly wanted to push everything fast otherwise the seller would pull out. The lady from Mojo wprkedextremely hard to help us, and we got the mortgage within a week. After got the mortgage, the lady also checked if we were ok with everything. Very patient and professional service. She really gave me a very warm feel and made me love to use Mojo again. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Mark from Mojo went above and beyond to secure my new deal a couple of weeks early due to the rising rates last Autumn. I felt very looked after and the attention to detail was great to see.
