Time after time

I'm not a professional landlord but I do have a few mortgages and the only thing that irritates me about Mojo is the fact that I hadn't heard of them sooner; top marks for service but maybe not the marketing gurus of the industry. That might not be a bad thing - there are countless companies out there who devote themselves to self promotion and maybe the budget for that comes at a cost of actual service. Anyway, Mojo are superb and the "likely to recommend" is wrong tense. I've recommended them to friends, family and solicitors many times. Like everyone else in the world, I can get a bit irritated with preamble documentation for mortgages but my adviser was patient and helpful and walked me through the areas in the early stages and the service was first class from beginning to end. No individual praise due here I think, at least not at the risk of suggesting I got the star of the show. Kane was extremely helpful and so were the people further along the process, so were the advisers when he went on holiday. Mojo is what you think a good mortgage broker should be. Got us a great deal ultimately, did take quite a while but we built good relationships with the staff, as an area of improvement through our time at mojo at different stages we were dealing with around 6 different people along the way which became confusing and made things less personal.
