Mojo were able to help where other brokers put up barriers and refused to quote the type of mortgage I wanted. A well run brokerage offering strong customer advice and information. Plenty of choice and informed advisors listened to my requirements and sourced products that met those requirements. Awful - stay away from them

Wouldn't recommend them, I'm months into a mortgage application that should be very simple. It turns out that the information I send to my 'expert' Case Manager tends to sit in their inbox for several days before it actually gets passed on to the bank. Really frustrating waste of time. Furthermore I can never get in touch with the Case Manager by phone it always just rings out, then goes to a voicemail or redirected to Mojo Mortgages main phoneline, which then in turn goes to voicemail. Its impossible to speak to an actual human. I recently used L&C Mortgages on a seperate remortgage and had zero problems with them. They were quick to respond to queries, and had a mortgage offer within weeks... Do not recommend at all. Don't be fooled by the flashy website, its actually painfully glitchy, and most the time unusable. I had to upload the same documents multiple times because they just seem to get lost in some abyss and the Case Manager can't find them. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
