To deal with a company over the phone and not face to face, I thought would be impersonal but I was totally wrong. My advisor Listened to what I had to say and got me the best deal for myself. The process was so simple with uploading my relevant information and if there was a problem it was quickly resolved. Even when there was a better offer to be had the team quickly informed me. Even their support through the life policy was brilliant, again they listened and found me the best policy for what I needed at a price I could afford. A total pleasure to deal with Mojo! From start to finish the team gave a first class service. Honest, clear and not at all pushy. What they say they’re going to do, they do it. All my questions were answered and the process was done efficiently. After the initial call, which was carried out by a friendly person, I felt confident that the team worked well together to get my mortgage sorted as quick as possible. Our experience was amazing. Me and my partner are first-time buyers so didn’t really know much about mortgages. Our advisor was incredibly helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. The mortgage application was started instantly after we confirmed and we got the offer from our lender after a week.
