Excellent customer service - especially the rate checking service, very friendly team, could contact them easily if I had any queries (and they guided me even if they couldn’t help themselves), and best of all, completely free of charge. Great experience as a first time buyer. The team worked hard to get me the best options that fit what I was looking for and worked even harder with the bank to support my mortgage. They checked in with me monthly and also chased my solicitors when they fell behind. they answered all my questions and reassured my nerves as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend.
