Excellent App, Simple to Use, Invaluable for money management

I have used Money Dashboard for over a year now, and I find it incredibly useful for monitoring my spending habits and accounts as well as budgeting for the future. It integrates directly with my bank and my credit card providers and automatically updates with the latest transactions. It does this when offline, but I usually log in weekly and run a quick sync to make sure everything is up to date. I can see in a single dashboard all my account balances and spending for the last week at a glance. I can then categorise my transactions. Many of them are automatically classified as you can mark the same transaction to be auto-categorised if seen in the future. The list of actions is easily filterable, and I just go down the uncategorised payments and decide where they should go. Recently, nested, custom categorization was introduced, so you can create a custom classification scheme if need be, although the defaults cover most cases. Transactions can be marked as repeated, and will then appear in your calendar to allow future balance prediction based on monthly income and earnings. There is another screen where you can create a budget for a group of categories, i.e. Food (may include multiple groups, supermarket/eating out). You can easily monitor that you are keeping below or have exceeded your monthly budget for a set of categories. All in all, the interface is responsive, and I've never had to ask for any help in using this. It's a great product, and the developers release new features regularly. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to manage their personal finances in the most efficient way possible. Reviewed on: 31st January 2017

Simple and effective!

I had been searching for a product that would allow me to have visibility and track activity in all my accounts/cards for a long time. Money Dashboard does all that and more. After a few simple steps to set up, I have been impressed at how easy it is to use. This applies to both the website and the mobile phone app! Very much recommended! Reviewed on: 30th January 2017

Normally I am not so detailed when it comes to my expenses, as when I tried Money Dashboard with it's quite useful chart I have noticed how I can adjust my spending to more intelligently control my spending. Even if I do not use the full app abilities It well gives me all I need to keep my spending in check. It's made extremely well for a free application. Streamlines checking your spending, would be 5 stars with some improvements

As money management is becoming an increasingly essential skill, I love that I can use Money Dashboard to see my spending in one place and view summaries over time. I'd suggest two improvements: first, I'd like it to integrate with smaller/less well-known banks; some of these have the best rates on the market and are used by people trying to make their finances stretch as far as possible. I did receive feedback from the MD team that this is in development. Secondly, I'd love to see it provide a more proactive/interactive way of helping users with their day to day budgeting - perhaps with more advanced analytics and alerts. Altogether a really handy app with potential to be life-changing! Reviewed on: 26th January 2017

Features rich. Auto sum for searches. Nice auto tagging of transactions.

I've been using Money Dashboard for more than 3 years at least. Their rich features allowed me to track my spending and tag my transactions accordingly. You can also search for keywords and amounts are automatically summed up. Overally it's been a great experience. The GUI and speed could be improved for tagging transactions. Highly recommend.
