Quick and easy process

The loan process was quick and easy, especially after losing a finance deal on a car previously. The rate is very competitive and I was surprised how simple it was to obtain the car I wanted within my price range. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Issue that got rectified-just took awhile

I had an issue with my login. As I had been a customer before. And had used the same email address. But each time I signed in it showed my closed account. It took numerous phone calls to have this rectified, to which it now is. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

For me, the experience to start with was a little frustrating. I get paid every 2 weeks, so when it came to submitting evidence and having to wait for my next pay day, my original application had expired and I had to re-do the application, however when finally passing the evidence stage there was no issue.
