I was initially drawn to the Moneybox Cash ISA on the advice of the great Martin Lewis, as it had the highest interest rate for the first year. I have been surprised by how much I like the app - you can see interest increases on a day-by-day basis, meaning I don't have to wonder when I'm getting interest and how much, as with monthly interest-paying accounts. I haven't used the customer service, which I always think is a good sign. My only drawback is that signing up and verifying my identity was a little tricky and frustrating, but this was also down to me not providing perfectly clear pictures, so it takes two to tango on that one.
