Fantastic performance at moneyfarm.

Fantastic performance at moneyfarm with attractive fee structure makes this product compelling. There are regular updates about the markets, ability to talk to a human advisor and also they do a good job of rebalancing the portfolio often. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025

Excellent value for money and customer service

Since joining Moneyfarm in 2016, not only has the value of my stocks and shares ISA increased, but the customer service has also been exceptional. When I requested a meeting with one of my portfolio advisors, I was able to meet them face-to-face. My current advisor has gone above and beyond by presenting various retirement scenarios, showing how much money I could expect to have once I retire. He even researched whether ISAs are tax-free in other countries (they are not!) and explained how pension pots are taxed. Thanks to this information, I decided to transfer my ISA product from another provider entirely to Moneyfarm, which also helped me lower my management costs. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025
