Best Financial Aggregator

I have used a number of financial aggregators over a long period of time. They have never quite hit the mark, particularly as I need them to fit in with my wider financial management workflow. When I stumbled across MoneyHub I thought I would try it out to see if it was better than the others I had experienced. While I have only been using for a month so far, it has surpassed my expectations. It allows me to bring in all the financial information I care about across disparate services into one place, making it not only convenient but I can manage this well with the functionality they provide to integrate into my own tools. The automation for the most part works well. Unfortunately, not all financial institutions appear to use open banking, which is a shame. These are the ones that understandably fail a little more regularly, as I am sure the app needs to scrape data behind the scenes. In addition, MFA does reduce the ability to scrape these without manual intervention. However, this is a minor challenge for me as the main current accounts that I would like monitoring more often do use open banking, so it's very smooth. On the few occasions I have reached out to MoneyHub to ask questions, provide feedback and/or raise an issue they have been very responsive. Therefore, my overall experience of this has been great so far. It is also highly advantageous to have a website as well as an app, which makes interacting far easier in some circumstances. A lot of other providers seem to think we only want to use apps these days, which in my mind feels a little short sighted. Anyway, great stuff and look forward to seeing how the service evolves. If they continue I will certainly be paying but I would still call this a trial period. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

I've been using MoneyHub for the past year, and it has completely transformed how I manage my money. The platform has helped me bring together all my scattered accounts - from my current accounts and credit cards to my investments and pension - into one clear dashboard. The automatic categorization of my spending has been a game-changer, showing me exactly where my money goes each month. I've particularly benefited from the investment tracking features, which have given me a much clearer picture of my portfolio's performance and helped me make more informed decisions about my investments. What really sold me on the £14.99 monthly subscription was how much time and stress it's saved me. While it took a bit of time to connect all my accounts initially, and I occasionally see sync delays with my Barclays account, the benefits have far outweighed these minor issues. The platform's insights have helped me identify several areas where I was overspending, and I've managed to increase my monthly savings significantly. With responsive customer support and regular platform improvements, MoneyHub has become an essential tool in my financial journey, helping me feel more confident and in control of my finances than ever before. I like to keep a check on my total assets value with Moneyhub. When my assets go over £500k I can consider my spending has a 40% discount as it will not be subject to inheritance tax when I die. I pay enough taxes in life, so no taxes after death. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
