Easy to use but needs better communication

I used this service to send money and overall the process was simple and easy to follow. The transfer was completed in a reasonable time, but there is still room for improvement in communication and updates. It would be helpful to receive clearer notifications about the status of the transfer. Overall, it’s a convenient option, but could be improved for a better user experience.
