Very helpful, prompt and great customer service

Title says it all, but when I had to call up and change the repayment dates due to a change of job and like of foresight on my part, they changed it there and then and i wasn't charged any additional fees. I cant remember the name of the man who helped me but he did an excellent job of sorting it whilst I was on a 5 minute break at work Reviewed on: 3rd June 2019
