I called to change my bank details & change my pay time to after 9am. Claudia answered my call & was very helpful & very efficient & she noted that I did not get paid until after 9am, as the payments are taken automatically my card was declined as the automated system tried before 9am. I got a call after 9am as Claudia noted that I got paid then & they then took the payment over the phone without having to give all bank details again, just normal security questions. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a short term loan. Reviewed on: 27th May 2016

So easy, no hassle and most important a prompt payment

Last time I reloaned we also found and updated some account issues. All done with no bother at all. Even though you can reloaned on-line I'd always do it over the phone as the guys are great. Reviewed on: 27th May 2016

Mr Lender is terrible! My partner once used them and because he was three days late on repaying the loan they text his employers work mobile with details on the loan amount etc! He was mortified however when he did make a complaint they did apologise and delete the number off the system! It wasn't the harassment that bothered us as such it was the fact that they let my partners employer know everything I mean everything about the loan. Reviewed on: 5th May 2016
