Personal questions...

Overall an OK experience. Although asking what I need the funds for is fine, I was a bit miffed when I was questioned on a previous loan for the same purpose. The whole process made me feel slightly uncomfortable like they thought I was lying. Was also told funds were released but the person who finalised didn't actually finalise. I had to call a further 2 times before a member of staff told me they would tell her to "OK it" at the time of writing this I'm still waiting and the loan status is still "pending" and a member of staff will be in touch shortly...
