Friendly from start to finish!!

Applied online and provisionally accepted. I was then called by a very friendly guy who went through my details and tried his best to speed everything up as I was on my lunch break. The phone call wasn't very long at all and he went through all details I needed to know. I was accepted and that means I can go on my family holiday!! Thank you Mr Lender!! Reviewed on: 5th June 2017

Because I want through a different website my credit limit was quite low they said if I want direct it was 1000 but I was only offered 2 what difference does it make if you are an existing customer so really disappointed secondly it's not great trying to get through on the phone 25 mins is totally unacceptable. I've had previous better experience but was really annoyed about how much money I could have just because I didn't go direct. Reviewed on: 5th June 2017
