Quite a positive experience.

I had an overall positive experience with Mr Lender. The interest it's huge, indeed, but you know this from the very first beginning so it's unfair to score down for this reason. Customer service-wise...hmmm....not very great. I only called once due to some issues with a payment and the help was not provided.Not blaming the call center employee though whi was probably abiding by her internal policies.
