I was struggling with my debts.bailiff companies was at my door every day.My debt company put me on IVA .They stopped the bailiff companies. I found my finances had got out of control after suffering a heart attack . I was not only unable to work but had to go over a year awaiting a pip decision at this point my debts had increased significantly. When I first spoke to my debt plan I was at my wits end and felt like a failure, but when I was talking to my debt plan they were so understanding and helpful. And said that I had already took the first step by calling them. They talked me through everything as I had bailiffs knocking on my door and they helped me put an IVA in place so I'm so happy now.
