When I applied for a loan the lady was very nice and explained the different amounts it would cost depending on the length of time I wished to take the loan over. Nothing was to much bother for her. this shows good training and staff taking a pride in their job. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

The NHS credit union has been great. They accepted me for a loan and allowed me to clear my debts and feel more in control. The only thing I feel could be better is the interest rates for debt consolidation as it's quite high, on comparison to their other loans, and you cannot take a different type if you want to clear any debts. I took a loan to pay off some debts at the end of the term I also had £3000 in savings which enabled me to put this towards a new car. First time in my life ive achieved suxh savings! Thank you credit union Reviewed on: 24th June 2020
