Excellent Customer Service

Setting up an account was straight forward, communication was excellent. Customer service understood my needs and followed up to tell me there product does not support Apple Pay, however I researched further and Apple Pay is not available for under 13’s anyway. Due to the integrity of nimbl’s response and not just to sell me a product, I decided to continue with setting up an account. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2021

My Kids and my Foster Kids

I have 2 of my own children and 4 foster children so its a lot to manage. nimbl card allows the children freedom to manage their own money and me to peace of mind. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Independence

The Nimbl card gave my son the ability to have a bank account with a debit card like all of his friends but with the added security of me (parent) having the ability to review and manage the card Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Easy and effective

Easy to sign up to. Easy to use and access app and card services. Quick response to emails and queries. I love the ability to flip between the parent account and child account and check on credits and spending. I prefer manual top ups but also like the fact that I can automate top ups and transfers also. Reviewed on: 24th July 2021

Excellent service, fast and thorough.

Applications are easy to make. Response time is excellent. Product exactly what my seven year old and twelve year old need to help learn about managing their finance. It makes them more responsible and takes some of that responsibility away from me! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
