They appoint a Customer Communication Advisor to a case but won't allow you to speak to that person directly. The representatives that I have got through to are all junior in standing, unable to answer pretty much anything of any relevance, and seem to have been trained more in being obstructive, and even rude, more than anything else. Many have strong, almost incomprehensible accents too. I'd pay three times as much to avoid this company in the future and wish I'd checked their online reviews before agreeing to deal with them.
