cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Helpful, Welcoming, Trustworthy

Oakam has helped me several times when I was short with cash. Even when my credit score was not exceptional, when I wanted a specific amount of loan. The Oakam staff members negotiated with me in order to get a loan that is minimal that helped me to get on by, instead of just saying no. Very good loan company to use if you have not so great credit, they are welcoming very helpful and understand when you are having money issues and try to help our as much as they can.

They have helped me out when I've missed a payment by calling me and finding out why and how they can help, like giving me a letter date to pay or making the missed payment on the next due date. Reviewed on: 16th May 2018
