I was very disappointed with the breakdown/home star... I was very disappointed with the breakdown/home start service. Basically the engineer wasn't trained in anymore than dealing with flat batteries. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

Overall a good positive experience..

I have had a good positive experience with one call there seems to be real people at the end of the customer service Chat exchanges I like the alerts the give you when money is going to be taken in premiums. As an older person I found the interface intuitive and easy. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
