Simply the best

After I was made redundant and then widowed, I slowly fell into debt and ended up owing £30,000. A friend recommended Payplan because they had helped him. From the beginning they were good at listening, non-judgemental and constructive. Making that call to Payplan was the best thing I ever did because my life is now back on track, with manageable repayments every month. A real life saver for me because I was in a very dark place. When I became a member of Payplan I was so ill, suffering from stress and anxiety and extremely worried about owing money to my creditors then realising that I could not pay them back. Payplan have never let me down the personal skills dealing with vulnerable people like me have been outstanding. The information that they have given me to get debt free and the alternatives I could go for also has been outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. It is incredible how they make you feel. I felt very embarrassed about talking about my financial situation. Payplan we’re marvelous listening reassuring me and guiding me through everything step by step. The kindness of the voice, then explaining in detail how I could get debt free. Words fail me how excellent they really are. If only other companies could take a leaf out of there books. I thank Payplan so much. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022

The team at Payplan are sensitive to the complexities and stress around debt and assist as much as they can in order to support the customer.
