I was with Payplan initially on a debt management plan and then transferred to a IVA which was more suitable foe me,after 8 years I am at the end of the IVA,and will be debt clear.Without the help and guidance of Payplan I would have drowned,no question about them.I cannot thank them enough.They are the true professionals! Payplan Best Debt Management Company. I’m saying this because I have used and am still using their services. They continue to offer support in a lot of different methods including social media articles, specific app, website access, emails and telephone support with hints and ideas as financial services are change either by 5he government, FCA or similar. Payplan certainly deserve to win this award, I need to use them due to severe illness impacting both my mental and physical health which they are good in acknowledging with support as I may need. These guys can't do enough for you, and after coming over from DebtLine (who recommended them when they closed), I'm happy they did. I can now monitor all my bills via my phone, and get accurate and timely reports on exactly where my money is going and how much is left for each one. Excellent. Reviewed on: 9th April 2017
