Every member of staff I have spoken to over the years with payplan has been lovely. They all know what they are talking about. My debt really got me to a place where I couldn't think straight, Payplan staff made me realise there was a way out and I can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 18th August 2021

Wish I knew about payplan sooner

I was previously with a different company before joining payplan. The previous company declined my request for an iva repeatedly so I was in a dmp for 4 years prior to joining payplan. If it wasn't for the excellent help and advice I received off payplan I would be forever in debt. I can now look forward to being debt free in April 2022.
