So helpful through my dark times.

When I found payplan I was in the lowest position in my life. Finances were crippled and I felt like i was letting my family down. With their professional and friendly approach, we were able to sort my finances out and get me back on the right track to being debt free for the first time in 22 years. Helpful consolidation which is great for someone who couldn’t deal with different creditors and buried their head! Very knowledgable and comes with an online service to keep track of everything even at times when the phone lines are closed. Advisors are always quick to reply and helpful in giving you a bit more of a breather with finances. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Very helpful and friendly staff. Once we had spoken through the whole process, I was mightly relieved that I would be able to break even every month with the debt management plan which also meant I did not have to sell my house which I really didn't want to do. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
