The plan took a little while to set up, there were lots of info to gather and submit but Payplan staff supported me all the way, they took a huge weight off my shoulders. They always respond to messages, and the website is great and has lots of helpful resources, keep track on my plan and make payments. To be fair i can’t think of anything negative to say ! If you are experiencing sleepless nights because of money worries do not hesitate to contact payplan.. the service is second to none. When I contacted pay plan I didn’t know how I would cope with my mounting bills. I now pay a manageable monthly amount and can see my debt going down rather than spiralling out of control.
