Easy to Use and Understanding

I would recommend Payplan to anyone. The make it so easy to set up your plan and are so understanding. Using the app and being able to contact your caseworker and pass on documentation is brilliant and their legal team are also a dream to deal with. They make what can be quite a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I always find them professional and supportive . Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Best thing I ever did

I was struggling so bad until I found payplanplus they are excellent in going through everything with you and giving you all information on your options when it comes to managing your debt. You can make changes as and when needed if your circumstances change and you have yearly reviews. I have been with PayPlan for a while and when I have struggled to make payments due to personal circumstances, I’m never waiting long to speak to an advisor on the phone or an advisor will quickly get back to me via email and help resolve any issues efficiently and effectively. Thank god for Payplan I really don’t know what I would of done without their support, I never thought I’d be in a position where I would need help but thankfully when I did Payplan was there to help and continued to advise and support throughout my journey of clearing my debt.
