Peace of mind

Taking the fear out of the equation

Facing up to your dire situation is frightening and finding someone to help you keep going is such a relief. I’d just lost my husband and found myself in a place with very little light, PayPlan shone a light and found an amicable and achievable solution. Life Savers

Having built up a considerable sum of debt across multiple creditors I was on the brink of no longer being able to pay them all. I had a young family and mortgage to support and was at my lowest, didn’t know how I was going to get out of the hole. I found PayPlanPlus by chance while searching for help. They were fantastic from the very start. Non judgmental, they discussed my finances and recommended a DMP that allowed me to live while still paying a considerable amount to my debtors and hopefully be dept free in 5 years. They took over communication with the debtors including me passing on any letters received and I have annual reviews always with the same account manager for continuity, all very straight forward. PayPlan literally saved my life in a time where I thought there was no solution and I was going to be in debt for the rest of my life. There attention to detail is amazing and they are always happy to help and have a kind word to toke your worries away. Quick to set up but some hiccups

The process was pretty quick to get help and everything seemed to be smooth but there have been some hiccups and issues that have made me withhold more stars. Payplan have been pretty good with responding back to me. Not as quick as I'd like but helpful nonetheless. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
