Absolutely fantastic customer service and care. Pay plan changed my life, it made me realise that debt isn’t the end of your life and that support is available. From the outset they helped me to budget and made the payment schedule manageable, affordable and maintainable. I have been with Payplan for 10 years and had a very good experience so far. Always was given different optiins to clear my debt and advised accordingly. Communication was clear, fluent and the right amounts (not too many emails and with no spam). Excellent service and will use it again and recommend to others.
