I was in so much dept having letters from the bank/loan company’s then rang payplan fantastic service within 2 months of being with them letters stopped coming I have less 8 months now of payments then I will be dept free what a relief thanks payplan. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Customer service is nonexistent and their main objective is for PayPlan to make as much money as possible out of you (beyond their T&C’s). Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Very happy with my plan

Very happy with my plan from the payplan team, put in a position where I can look forward to the future and have learnt to manage things a lot better...thought as was doing ok but through certain circumstances ended up in a financial rut... Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

PAYPLAN made it so easy, the moment I phoned them I felt the relief and the worry disapate- I had the best night's sleep.
