We took this information to the bank and they said they can not track the money with the data paysend gave us. I asked the support what to with the data, but they just ignore me now. They said it was an issue with my credit card (Citibank) company yet my bank said they didn't reject it and it was the processing at Paysend. Paysend support didn't understand. I used another credit card and it worked (chase). However I notice later that for a 20$ transfer my credit card company charged me a 10$ fee as they said it is treated as a cash advance. Paysend is NOT transparent about this when you sign up or make the transfer and also charged a 2$ fee. Outrageous! Clearly a bad customer service. I'll close my account and look for an alternative.
