Title: Serious Concerns About Paysend: Missing Money and No Clear Resolution I have been a Paysend customer for a long time, but my recent experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. I made an international money transfer from Ireland to Brazil, but the money has not reached my bank account. The receiving bank in Brazil has confirmed that it has not received the funds. I have also provided Paysend with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to help trace the transaction. Despite numerous emails, complaints and requests for assistance, Paysend continues to provide generic responses without a clear explanation of where my money is or when this situation will be resolved. I have even escalated the matter to management, including Afia, but I am still waiting for meaningful answers. I am currently in Brazil for medical reasons, and this unresolved transfer has caused me considerable financial stress and anxiety. I have also contacted my bank in Ireland and the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO). My questions to Paysend are simple: Where is my money? Why has it not been delivered? When will I receive it or be refunded? I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accountability, transparency and the return of my money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when using Paysend for international transfers. I expect Paysend management to investigate this matter urgently and provide a concrete resolution. Read more Read less

    Transfers is taking a long time.

    Transfers is taking a long time. Have many problems and issues lately. Apparently they can't contact the recipient's provider and that's it. Customers are just... Transfers is taking a long time. The first test payment went quickly, and the next day I sent the required amount in full, but they cancelled my payment. I wrote to support, asking what was the matter? They answered that they did not want to see me as their client. I corresponded with their support for a long time, explaining my situation, but each time I received the same answer. They do not want to see me as their client. At the same time, I did not receive any explanation. This is very strange! As a result, I lost time and was not able to send money to my daughter on time.     Horrible service!

    Horrible service! Many years I used it...but today! Paysend already has all my docs, ID and other, but when I made transfer today, it blocked... Horrible service! Many years I used it...but today! Paysend already has all my docs, ID and other, but when I made transfer today, it blocked my money and started asked to sent ID and help not answering long time! I sent money from my UAE account (work there) to my Ukrainian account, now I'm here in vacation. Many times I did it, but now they blocked and AFTER 3 DAYS THEY WILL RETURN MONEY to UAE account!
