PensionBee's app is OK but returns on investment are poor

They have a good interface for their product so you can see performance and make switches easily

The initial transfer of funds was fine and then over around 2years the fund declined by around £10K and has made some up since but... They have now introduced a new system requiring photo's and ID from existing customers which I supplied and they rejected so I am in the unfortunate position of not being to access my funds or even check on their performance.
