Affordable cover for pre existing conditions

After a lot of searching I was very happy that I found Pet Insurance for our beloved puppy Ace that actually covered him for a pre existing illness. Due to him having contracted the dreaded parvovirus at such a young age we were struggling to get affordable cover. As you can imagine we had spent a fortune in vet fees in order to try and save our boy and thankfully he pulled through! Having this insurance in place for him now gives us the piece of mind that we needed so that we haven’t got to face the worry of him being poorly again cos he will be covered. Very friendly and professional

Every time I've made a claim or had a question I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff, whether via email or on the phone, the claims were settled quickly with no hassle to me, questions were answered with utmost professionalism. Well done for the amazing service. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022
