A great tool for people who struggle to save

When I first saw the Facebook advert I had never owned a savings account, let alone ever saved money before. Whenever there was spare money in my account, I used to impulse buy - usually things I didn't need - and regretted it. Over the course of the 18 months I have been using Plum, I have saved more than £1000 in total. It's a great way of saving for a rainy day or a holiday. Mostly though, I'm able to save money without even thinking about it. The savings are made in such small increments I barely notice it; but when I ask Plum to show me my savings I'm often left with a great surprise. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Best savings app

I have never saved very well and this comes out of my bank without me noticing, saved for Christmas and now started again. This app has given me freedom to budget for them unexpected bills we all have. Helped me save £800 without noticing!

I cannot rate plum highly enough. I rave about it to anyone who will listen. I never thought I’d be able to save extra, but plum calculated it without any pain for my budget. The app is user friendly, the team are helpful and energetic, and I feel like users have a real say and impact in the delivery of updates and new offerings. I wish all banks made it this easy!
