"Good Service, But Haven't Tested Claims Process Yet"

I have had the opportunity to use this insurance company, but I must mention that I haven't had the chance to see how it works in practice, as I haven't had any accidents that would require me to claim compensation. Therefore, I can't really comment on how the company handles critical situations or the process of paying out claims. However, my interactions with customer service have been professional, and the offer seems competitive. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
