Flooding in Dubai led to our flight being cancelled. Insurance adjusters Collinson Group are being devious, misquoting the Post Office Travel Policy and conveniently failing to mention the key part. A natural catastrophe includes flooding. Yes, it does, but actually the policy refers to flooding of 50 sq km! Dubai flooding was far smaller byt Collinson can't see it. This is Post Office 'Premier' policy for goodness sake. This is ongoing and I'm taking it further. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This is another Post Office scandal in the making. How many others?
