Mortgage Application under review after almost 2 months

Mortgage application: April 10th 2024 Valuation conducted on April 22nd 2024 Date of this review: June 5th 2024 Status: Unknown Ref number: M629280331 Number of days wasted: 56 days Nationwide plays with customers they think that applying for a mortgage is a joke. Customer service is highly incompetent and refuse to be engaged with my questions by just providing generic explanations. Seller is about to withdraw from transaction because of the delay.
