PayPal could be improved

Overall PayPal is brilliant to use, however when it comes to paying over 12 months, there is no option to pay the installments, any payments made are deducted from the main balance and does not commence deduction until the main balance is decreased. This is not ideal as can cause unnecessary interest to be added for non-payment. Please advise when this will be rectified? Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
