Review of the Coconut, Business Bank Account:

A bank that actually serves its customers!

Coconut is explicitly set up to help me manage my money, as one of the millions of self employed people in the UK. Contrast that with most high street banks whose ‘computer says no’ approach to those of us without regular salaries adds a great deal of stress to the already super-busy lives of freelancers. Coconut also have astonishingly good customer service, continually answering messages out of hours and bending over backwards to help their customers. I’ll never go back to high street banking, with their imperious attitude to managing (and making profit from) what is after all MY money.. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018
