Quicker Resolution would have solved query faster

Although I had an issue with one of my payments and it wasnt resolved as quickly as I would have liked, it was eventually sorted and the allocation made.. This could have been handled a little better by providing a link instead of waiting for a direct debit to be returned. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
