I have had to retire from work at 53 because of mental problems I don't like speaking to anyone for a long time and things just got out of hand I had no choice but to get advice the lady I spoke to was so nice and understanding I wish I could speak to her again and say thank you coz I didn't feel like I was a failure for getting myself in this mess Reviewed on: 13th May 2026
