respect ful and understanding

I know cthis is a comment on the savings option but I have to mention the initial loan I was offered with Cambrian becuase if it hadnt been for my loan offer I wouldn't have had the chance to save with them. Reason for this is I m now financially in a more stable position so I have continued to still make monthly transfers from my main account to my Cambrain account and then leave the money there unitil a decent amount for unforseen expenses.. It works really well for me, I woildn't do this if it were with my current bank as I d be constantly dipping into it. Cambrain helped me to raise my credit score to achieve where I am now finincially Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Best way to manage your loan repayments

I ve been using paypal in 3 for many years now and it is the best way to be able to buy those things you want butannot afford to pay for all at once. very friendly personalised service

I ve had a savings account with Cambrian since retiring 6 years ago. I started a refular direct debit from my main bank account on a monthly basis and watched my balance grow. It is really helpful to me as its always money put aside for the unexpected expenses Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Really excellent way to fund the bigger purchases

When I need to buy something which is a major expense I have used Pay Pal credit as I like the ease of applying - I already have a pal pal account- for thee smaller buys over a 3 month plan. I like the fact there is no interest Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Personal service unlike major banks

My credit rating was low and I needed a small loan for emergency house reapirs and my usal bank would not give me an overdrafy or loan so I opened an account with Cambrian credit Union and after showing that I could save a very small amount regularly I appliedk for a loan of £50. Customer services were absolutely brilliant and easy to communicate with. I was awared the loan and it was a lifesaver and crisis was over and all the stress and worry it caused. Now there is online banking which is even better service and I still save month;y with them to build up money for unforseen expenses. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026
